• No substantial changes to current residential water use practices have been
included to represent existing or f uture single and multi-f amily water use such as:
o Residential outdoor watering will not occur using grey-water or non-
potablewater systems; and
o Indoor water use will occur for the same basic bathroom, laundry and
kitchen uses as exist today.
• The City will continue to provide irrigation water to parks in new housing
developments.
• The City will maintain the current level of unaccounted for water and water
treatment plant of ficiencies into the future.
• No large industrial and/ or manufacturing facilities will be constructed within the
City's service area requiring substantial new water supply.
• All forecasted water uses are based on average hydrologic conditions. Natural
fluctuations in rainfall and stream flow will impact the actual water use observed
in f uture years.
Cih~ of Brighton Wnter Cofiservntiofi Plnri 15
