Water audits will be conducted annually, currently we are checking to see if local water
suppliers provide audit services.

Each Facility's Action Plan is enclosed.

The Administrator of each State Nursing Home along with the Department Facilities and
Safety Manager will implement the plan at each facility and review quarterly progress of the
water conservation plan. An Annual report will be given to the Executive Director of The
Department with distribution to the Executive Managers of The Department.
