Dear Resident:

Thank you for your willingness to participate in Grand Junction's Retrofit
Demonstration Project. We had much more interest than we anticipated.

Due to a participant limit, we will not be able to include your residence in the
project. Your interest in water conservation is important to us, however, and we
will keep you informed of any future opportunities.

With spring and lawn watering season right around the corner, the enclosed
information should be very useful to you. If you have any questions, please feel free
to call the Utilities Department at 244-1578.

Thank you again for your interest.

Sincerely,

Greg Trainor
Utility Manager
