As Colorado
communities beginning to expand water conservation and water use
efficiency efforts, new and more reliable information to predict
permanent reductions in water consumption will be important. The
state of Colorado is in need of current supplemental information
regarding residential water consumption and the effects of
conservation measures on consumption. The Residential Retrofit
pilot Project conducted in Grand Junction will help provide this
information,

GOALS/OBJECTIVE
The overall goal of the Residential Retrofit pilot Project is to
develop information regarding the economic impact of a retrofit
program and the water utility's return on program investment.
