Plumbing Fixture Water Use

Please help us determine how much water your shower and toilet used before installing your new water-
saving devices. It will take only a few minutes and will provide us with valuable information. Just fill out
this card-including your name and address on the flip side- and drop it in the mail. Thanks.

TOILET TANK CAPACITY

All you need is a tape measure or ruler! Measure the length, width and water depth to ~ nearest 1/4
inch, and we'll figure out the rest.

Toilet # 1

'lbilet#2

length
width
water depth

SHOWER FLOW RATE

Grab the enclosed bag and a watch with a second hand, and you're in business!
1. Gather the flow gauge bag around the showerhead and hold loosely.
2. Turn on water full force and collect water for exactly 5 seconds.
3. Turn off water and record the water level and shower flow rate.

Record shower flow rate in gallons per minute as noted on the bag:

'lbilet #3
