When this ice <br />maker is replaced, an air cooled uni~ should be considered. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br />The capitol Complex Power Plant, Legislative Services <br />Building, and the Capitol Annex Building were found to be <br />well maintained. A program of installing water saving <br />devices in some of the plumbing fixtures has already begun. <br />Water use during the past three year$ has shown a steady <br />decline, much of which ma~ be attributed to the~e efforts. <br />It is recommended that th~s program be continued. <br /> <br />Table 4 lists the approximate costs and the time period <br />required to recover the costs of rec~mmendations made in this <br />L"'PUL L.
