This building was built in,1937 and has about 207,000 square feet of area. ' This facility is staffed 24 hours pet day from December till June, with approximately lOO people working those shifts. During the rest of the year, around 30 people are employed in those offices. Approximately 500 people are employed during re9ular daytime hours in the remainihg portions of the bu~lding. There 1s a kitchen located in the ba~ement of this facility. According to kitchen personnel. a~prbximately 350 meals are _. served each day. There are two s~nkf and one dishwasher. The dishwasher is used approximately 10-15 times per day. A water cooled icelllaker is used in thel kitchen. _ _ . LEGISLATIVE SERVICES. aU.UOlNG. _ . _ _ . _ The Legislative Services Building iSI located at-200-E. 14th Avenue. This 63,300 square foot building was recentlr renovated in 1986. Water use at thi~ facility is lim~ted to domestic uses. An estimated 70 people work in this Ifacility full time, with another 140 people on a part time basis. During the legislative session, about 120 days,: an additional 150 visitors are estimated to use the building.
