<br />t ~. <br /> <br />...--"'1 <br /> <br />timed sprinkler system is used, watering shall only <br />occur between the hours of 10: 00 P.M. and 6: 00 <br />A.M.; <br /> <br />( 3) "Odd numbered days" shall be determined by <br />reference to the 10:00 P.M. time; <br /> <br />(4) Any residence or business equipped with any <br />form of underground, automatically timed sprinkler <br />system shall not be permitted to use any manually <br />operated (i.e. hose-connected) sprinklers for lawn <br />watering between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 10:00 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />(c) There shall be no outside watering allowed on the <br />31st day of any month. <br /> <br />(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to run an open <br />outside water hose or line without attaching thereto some <br />form of head or sprinkler. <br /> <br />(e) It shall be unlawful to waste water when operating <br />any form of sprinkler system; a person shall be guilty of <br />"wasting water" when any excess water is discharged from <br />any form of sprinkler system and such excess water is <br />found leaving the premises on which said sprinkler system <br />is operating. <br /> <br />(f) Any person planting grass or installing sod who <br />wishes to water more frequently than allowed by this <br />Ordinance, shall apply for and obtain a Permit from the <br />Town Manager to water more frequently; upon approval of <br />such Permit, the exact times for watering shall be <br />determined and specified by the Town Manager. <br /> <br />(g) Any person who violates any of the provisions of <br />Paragraph 2 of this Ordinance, upon conviction thereof, <br />shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-Five <br />and 00/100 ($25.00) Dollars and not more than Three <br />Hundred and 00/100 ($300.00) Dollars. <br /> <br />3. In order to prevent contamination of the water supply <br />within the Town of Wiggins, Colorado, the Rules and Regulations of <br />the Wiggins Water and Sanitation District concerning Cross- <br />Connection and Backflow Control adopted, approved and published by <br />said District on January 11, 1989, are hereby adopted in full by <br />this reference as permitted and provided by C.R.S. S3l-l6-202. All <br />references to "District" in said Rules and Regulations are hereby <br />changed to "Town". "Manager" in Section 2.14 thereof shall mean <br />the Town Manager of the Town of Wiggins, Colorado or his duly <br />authorized representative. <br /> <br />- ;>~,,- <br />
