<br />Electricity <br /> <br />The results of the mean of differences for the pre-test and posHest period are <br />shown on the tables and graph on the following pages. November through <br />February were again the months evaluated. The table of electric consumption <br />shows an increase in electrical use for the months of November and December, <br />with a decrease in use for the months of January and February. The four <br />months represent a decrease of electrical consumption of .55%. The overall <br />savings was .85%. <br /> <br />SUMMARY DISCUSSION <br />As in any real life project, this project had many variables to consider. The number of <br />total participants was reduced from 100 to 85. The reduction was primarily due to <br />ownership changes or other situations which were not acceptable for evaluation. The <br />weather was an important variable to consider during analysis. November of 1991 was <br />the coldest November on record. <br /> <br />5 <br />
