It may be the case that The Office of Water Conservation desires this project
to be completed within one year. If this is the case the tracking of water savings
and the subsequent final report will come in within one year instead of two.
The town will be tracking the savings for two years and that data would be available
if desired.

In the event that the grant is delayed or will not be available br'the suggested
timeline, it is very possible to move the entire process to the next quarter, i.e.
