OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES <br /> Assessment Measures: <br /> The Task Force will rely on locally generated assessment measures <br /> to include (1 ) visitation data, (2) sales tax revenues, (3) employ- <br /> ment reduction and (4) lodging receipts, as well as other reports <br /> from otheragencies, chambers of commerce and others. Task Force <br /> will identify major commercial and industrial problem areas. <br /> Task Force Reports: <br /> Task Force once activated will submit monthly assessment reports to <br /> the Review and Reporting Task Force as well as providing weekly <br /> activity reports for inclusion within the Drought Project Situation <br /> Report. Special reports will be submitted upon request of the Review <br /> and Reporting Task Force. <br /> Expenses: <br /> Task Force members shall serve without special compensation. Task <br /> Force expenses and materials will be borne among member agencies. <br /> Request for special funding to carry out Task Force activities if <br /> required will be reported to the Review and Reporting Task Force. <br /> Activation/Deactivation <br /> Task Force will be activated and deactivated in accordance with <br /> the "Drought Severity Indicators and sequence of actions." A <br /> Final Task Report will be submitted upon termination of the Task <br /> Force. <br />
