Crop moisture index, received around 10:00 AM MST <br /> on Tuesday. <br /> b. Drought severity chart, received around 4:50 PM MST <br /> on Tuesday. <br /> c. Heating degree day summary and forecast, received via <br /> teletype around 8:00 AM MST on Wednesday. <br /> - Semi-Monthly <br /> a. Average monthly precipitation and temperature outlook <br /> for next 30 days, received shortly before the 1st and 15th <br /> of the month. <br /> b. Streamflow outlooks, received around 24 hours after the <br /> monthly outlooks. <br /> - Monthly <br /> a. 90-day temperature outlook, received during the last <br /> week of the month. <br /> b. Water supply outlooks, received around the 3rd to the 5th <br /> of the month. <br /> Bureau of Land Management <br /> USGS maintains most of BLM' s data base. Data is available from 8 rain <br /> gauge sites and 2 snow course sites within the State. <br /> BLM is involved in gathering historical climatic data for its plan- <br /> ning districts within the State. <br /> A program is also being initiated to develop water rights inventories <br /> on BLM managed land using Infra-Red aerial photography. <br /> Most of BLM's data is site specific and is maintained at the District <br /> level . <br />
