REGULATORY MEASURES, INCLUDING STANDARDS FOR THE USE OF <br />WATER USE EFFICIENCY FIXTURES AND LANDSCAPES, AND <br />ORDINANCES, CODES, OR OTHER LAW DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE WATER <br />USE EFFICIENCY <br /> <br />The Ken-Caryl Ranch Water and Sanitation District under the Water <br />Service Agreement (Master Meter) agreed to be governed by the <br />Charter Provisions, the Operating Rules and Engineering Standards <br />of the Denver Board of Water Commissioners. <br /> <br />The District's own Rules and Regulations under section 2.3.2 - <br />Rules of Denver Water Board states that "Use of water and the <br />District water mains shall also be subject to the applicable <br />rules and regulations of the Denver Water Board". <br /> <br />The District Board of Directors, by executing the Water Service <br />Agreement (Master Meter), has agreed to assist the Denver Water <br />Board in implementing Denver Water's Conservation Master Plan. A <br />copy of the Conservation Master Plan is attached hereto and <br />incorporated into this plan by reference as attachment Appendix <br />I. <br /> <br />Other regulatory measures include: <br /> <br />-Chapter 12 - Water Conservation from Operating Rules of <br />Denver Water Board (see Attachment II). <br /> <br />-Chapter 4 - Plumbina Fixtures and Fixture Fittinas from <br />Uniform Plumbing Code, adopted by Jefferson County (see <br />Attachment III). <br /> <br />13 <br />
