INCENTIVES TO IMPLEMENT WATER USE EFFICIENCY TECHNIQUES, <br />INCLUDING REBATES TO CUSTOMERS OR OTHERS TO ENCOURAGE THE <br />INSTALLATION OF WATER USE EFFICIENCY MEASURES. <br /> <br />This element of the District's Water Conservation Plan is <br />addressed in full in the Denver Water Department's Conservation <br />Master Plan. The District Board of Directors, by executing the <br />Water Service Agreement (Master Meter), has agreed to assist the <br />Denver Water Board in implementing Denver Water's Conservation <br />Master Plan. A copy of the Conservation Master plan is attached <br />hereto and incorporated into this plan by reference as attachment <br />Appendix I. <br /> <br />14 <br />
