OF 'T'HE CODE OF LAWS OF THE CITY OF WK:::"'T RIDGE,
ADOP'j'ING BY REFERENCE THE UNIFORM PLlJMBING CODE. 1991
EDITION, PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN AMEND~1ENTS THERETO, AND
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO:

Section 1. Section 5-79 of the Code of Laws of the City of Wheat
Ridge is hereby repealed and reenacted as follows:

The Uniform Plumbing Code, 1991 Edition, by the
International Association of Plumbing and ~~echanical
Officials is hereby adopted by reference and
inco:-porated into this artic 1 e as though fu 11 y set
forth herein as the Uniform Plumbing Code of the City
of "'heat Ridge. Three (3) copies of said Uniform
Plumbing Code shall be filed in the office of the City
Clerk and may be inspected during regular business
hours. Except as otherwise previded herea:ter, such
Code is adopted in full, including the outline of
contents and index contained herein.

Section 2. Section 5-79 of the Code of Laws of the City of Wheat
Ridge is hereby repealed and reenacted as follows:

"Sections 5-79(b). f,mendments. The plumbing code
adopted by this section is hereby amended ~s follows
(section numbers referred to herein refer to and
correspond with the section numbers of the Uniform
numbing Cod~'~:u__~__ ~~ ___.. ~~~ .. ___

Section 30.4. Permit Fee~. Delete the
entire section nnd in its place the fallowing
sentences shall be added:

1\ Any person desi;-ing a permit required by
this Code, shall, at the time of filing an
application therefor, pay a fee to the City
Treasurer. Permit fees shall be as
established by Ordinance."
