REGULATORY ,MEASURES <br /> <br />The Wheat Ridge Water District's Rules and Regulations, (revised), <br />Chapter 12, Rule 96 thru 102, pg. 41-44, adopted by the Board of <br />Directors on April 12, 1994, are the guidelines the District <br />follows regarding water conservation, except where the City of <br />Wheat Ridge ordinances take precedence. A copy of the applicable <br />parts of the District's Rules and Regulations is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />The Wheat Ridge Water District, a Quasi-municipal entity within the <br />City of Wheat Ridge has by resolution adopted Wheat Ridge City <br />ordinance #911: <br /> <br />TITLE: An ordinance repealing section 5-79 of the Code of Laws <br />of the City of Wheat Ridge, adopting by reference The <br />Uniform Building Code, 1991 edition, providing for <br />certain amendments thereto, and providing penalties <br />for violation thereof. <br /> <br />The Wheat Ridge Water District will review all future revisions of <br />The Uniform Plumbing Code. If they are adopted by the Wheat Ridge <br />City Council and if they address issues that will enhance he <br />overall conservation goals of the Wheat Ridge Water District, the <br />Board of Directors will act accordingly. <br /> <br />If the City of Wheat Ridge adopts any other ordinances, Code of <br />Laws or other laws that affect water conservation the Board of <br />Directors will review and consider appropriate action to adopt such <br />ordinates. <br /> <br />Copies of the City ordinance and Wheat Ridge Water District Rules <br />and Regulation, Chapter 12 are attachsd hereto and incorporated <br />into this plan by reference. <br /> <br />-1 <br /> <br />-20- <br />
