7. REGULATORY ,MEASURES

The Wheat Ridge Water District's Rules and Regulations, (revised),
Chapter 12, Rule 96 thru 102, pg. 41-44, adopted by the Board of
Directors on April 12, 1994, are the guidelines the District
follows regarding water conservation, except where the City of
Wheat Ridge ordinances take precedence. A copy of the applicable
parts of the District's Rules and Regulations is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.

The Wheat Ridge Water District, a Quasi-municipal entity within the
City of Wheat Ridge has by resolution adopted Wheat Ridge City
ordinance #911:

TITLE: An ordinance repealing section 5-79 of the Code of Laws
of the City of Wheat Ridge, adopting by reference The
Uniform Building Code, 1991 edition, providing for
certain amendments thereto, and providing penalties
for violation thereof.

The Wheat Ridge Water District will review all future revisions of
The Uniform Plumbing Code. If they are adopted by the Wheat Ridge
City Council and if they address issues that will enhance he
overall conservation goals of the Wheat Ridge Water District, the
Board of Directors will act accordingly.

If the City of Wheat Ridge adopts any other ordinances, Code of
Laws or other laws that affect water conservation the Board of
Directors will review and consider appropriate action to adopt such
ordinates.

Copies of the City ordinance and Wheat Ridge Water District Rules
and Regulation, Chapter 12 are attachsd hereto and incorporated
into this plan by reference.
