10. IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

The implementation of the system wide leak detection plan will
begin after the ongoing research is complete on the best equipment
available for use in a small system environment.

The equipment will be budgeted for and purchased in 1997, testing
will begin in the spring of 1997.

Discussions are underway with the City of Wheat Ridge, Parks and
Recreation Department, to identify a location for a Xeriscape
planting and demonstration garden within the city. Establishment of
this project is a priority with the Wheat Ridge Water District,
implementation, spring of 1996.

Establishment of a Water Conservation Library at the Wheat Ridge
Middle School will be pursued in the fall of 1996.
