<br />3 . <br /> <br />FIXTURES <br />The number and type of fixtures that are located in these <br />buildings are listed in table 2. All of the toilets are <br />flush-valve type units. Servo Bldg. 15 6 15 10 2 <br />Annex (Dept. of Rev) 48 26 43 16 <br /> <br />CAPITOL ANNEX BUILDING <br />The State Capitol Annex Building is located at 1375 Sherman <br />Street, and it houses the Colorado Department of Revenue <br />offices. This building was built in 1937 and has about <br />207,000 square feet of area. <br /> <br />This facility is staffed 24 hours per day from December till <br />June, with approximately 100 people working those shifts. <br />During the rest of the year, around 30 people are employed in <br />those offices. Approximately 500 people are employed during <br />re9ular daytime hours in the remaining portions of the <br />bUllding. <br /> <br />There is a kitchen located in the basement of this facility. <br />According to kitchen personnel, approximately 350 meals are <br />served each day. There are two sinks and one dishwasher. <br />The dishwasher is used approximately 10-15 times per day. A <br />water cooled icemaker is used in the kitchen. <br /> <br />LEGISLATIVE SERVICES BUILDING <br />The Legislative Services Building is located at 200 E. 14th <br />Avenue. This 63,300 square foot building was recently <br />renovated in 1986. Water use at this facility is limited to <br />domestic uses. <br /> <br />An estimated 70 people work in this facility full time, with <br />another 140 people on a part time basis. During the <br />legislative session, about 120 days, an additional 150 <br />visitors are estimated to use the building. <br /> <br />STATE POWER PLANT <br />The State Power Plant Building is located at 1341 Sherman. <br />This 22,700 square foot facility houses over 50% of the <br />
