3 . FIXTURES The number and type of fixtures that are located in these buildings are listed in table 2. All of the toilets are flush-valve type units. According to maintenance personnel, efforts are being made to install water conserving kits in sloan valves when maintenance is required. Servo Bldg. 15 6 15 10 2 Annex (Dept. of Rev) 48 26 43 16 CAPITOL ANNEX BUILDING The State Capitol Annex Building is located at 1375 Sherman Street, and it houses the Colorado Department of Revenue offices. This building was built in 1937 and has about 207,000 square feet of area. This facility is staffed 24 hours per day from December till June, with approximately 100 people working those shifts. During the rest of the year, around 30 people are employed in those offices. Approximately 500 people are employed during re9ular daytime hours in the remaining portions of the bUllding. There is a kitchen located in the basement of this facility. According to kitchen personnel, approximately 350 meals are served each day. There are two sinks and one dishwasher. The dishwasher is used approximately 10-15 times per day. A water cooled icemaker is used in the kitchen. LEGISLATIVE SERVICES BUILDING The Legislative Services Building is located at 200 E. 14th Avenue. This 63,300 square foot building was recently renovated in 1986. Water use at this facility is limited to domestic uses. An estimated 70 people work in this facility full time, with another 140 people on a part time basis. During the legislative session, about 120 days, an additional 150 visitors are estimated to use the building. STATE POWER PLANT The State Power Plant Building is located at 1341 Sherman.
