Watershed Protection District - Chapter 4 of Castle Rock's Municipal Code
establishes watershed protection district to maintain the Town's waterworks
and water supply from injury, pollution or other activities that might degrade
the water quality or create a danger of pollution. This program goes hand in hand with the watershed protection
district.

. Cross-Connection Control Program - The Town is responsible for ensuring
that hazardous cross-connections do not exist within its distribution system.
This program has been active for four years, requiring installation and testing
of backflow prevention devices in all commercial, new residential, and Town
facilities.

. Water Facilities Plan - This plan identifies design criteria for system sizing, to
which development within the Town must adhere.

9. Incentives to implement water use efficiency techniques

. The Town does not offer additional incentive credits at this time. However,
monies are budgeted to implement the Incentive Credit Plan, the final portion

14
