<br />Satisfaction Survey <br /> <br />As a follow-up to the program, a customer satisfaction survey (Attachment M) was sent <br />to participating households in March 1993. Of the 591 surveys sent, 403 or 68 percent <br />were returned. The survey asked questions about perceptions of water use after the audit <br />and satisfaction with the audit and devices.
