This software provides <br />the user with a three dimensional feature which allows separation of records by <br />individual customer account. This feature also enables the user to enter the data <br />for each customer on a separate worksheet. <br /> <br />The database has been designed to analyze the mean monthly and mean daily <br />consumption. variance, standard deviation. sample variance, sample standard <br />based on the monthly billing cycle and actual meter readings of water. gas and <br />electricity. The worksheet shows data for water and energy use. Gas and electric <br />data is collected by Public service and the water data is collected by the Grand <br />Junction water utility. A table at the end of the spreadsheet analyzes the above <br />data and includes a spreadsheet that represents the mean of differences, standard <br />of differences, count, standard error of means and the t-test. <br /> <br />3 <br />
