This period will include one full winter water-use season <br />which is important to isolate interior water use from exterior use and weather <br />variables. The final analysis will be conducted after 18 months of data collection. <br /> <br />SURVEY <br />A survey was mailed to participating homeowners in September 1991. Survey <br />questions helped determine how well the devices were working and homeowner <br />perceptions about the devices.
