<br />EXHIBIT 9 <br /> <br />The project costs will be provided below. <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: <br /> <br />The $1,200 will be used for the legal and consult- <br />ing services that will be required. <br /> <br />EQUIPMENT OR DEVICES: <br /> <br />The $35,156 will be used for the meters and pert- <br />inent materials for installation. <br />Meter $40.00 @ <br />Meter pit 45.00 @ <br />Copper line 30.00 @ <br />Pit lid 38.00 @ <br />Meter yoke 25.00 @ <br />Couplin~s 10.00 @ <br />TOTAL 188.00 / meter installation for 187 services. <br /> <br />INSTALLATION: <br /> <br />The installation expense was derived by estimates received <br />from three differant contractors, all estimates were within <br />$20.00 and averaged out to $200.00 / meter installation. <br />The $7,400 under grant funds will be from the CWCB and the <br />remaining $30,000 will come from the Town of Wiggins. <br /> <br />PLANNING/DESIGN: <br /> <br />The $750.00 in this catagory will be in-kind services provided <br />by the staff of the Town. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> <br />The $5,225 in miscellaneous will be in-kind services, including <br />Bookkeeping, inspection and quality control. <br /> <br />The Town of Wiggins is requesting $42,556.00 from the Colo. Water Conservation Board <br />in grant funds for the Wiggins Water Metering project. The Town as stated earlier <br />will have to phase this project to complete it, phase 1 will include the residential <br />area of Town with 167 taps and 20 taps for public facilities, for a grand total <br />of 187 meter installations at a cost of $388.00 / meter installation. <br /> <br />The total project cost is $79,731.00, with the Town of Wiggins's share being $37,175.00 <br />and the share being requested from the Colo. Water Conservation Board being $42,556.00. <br />The Town of Wiggins has plans to complete phase 2 of the project with-in the next <br />two years and have the whole Town on meters by 1996. <br />
