organizations are also looking to improve data collection efforts to support better water rate <br /> structures that are based on "cost of services" models. <br /> Steps Remaining <br /> The District will continue to execute the project scope over the coming four to five months. <br /> The Draft Regional Water Conservation Plan is expected to go in front of the District Board in <br /> November, which will initiate the 60 day public review process. At that time,the District will <br /> make a request to both CWCB and Reclamation to review and comment on the Plan. The public <br /> review will extend into January, such that a Final RWC Plan will be developed for Board action <br /> in February. The Final RWC Plan will be linked to a web-based tool box being developed under <br /> funding from Reclamation. The web-based tool box will be available for use by not only the AVC <br /> participants but also other water providers that would find it of value throughout the District <br /> and the State. <br /> Thank you for all your support in the planning and implementation of our water conservation <br /> program.
