Gimbel <br />CWCB Director <br />This letter is to inform you that the Office of Water Conservation Drought and Planning ( OWCDP), has reviewed <br />your grant application to develop a Regional Water Conservation Plan. The OWCDP has determined that the <br />application meets the Colorado Water Conservation Board Guidelines for reviewing grant proposals. <br />The OWCDP staff is pleased to award the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District (SECWCD) a grant in <br />the amount of $39,926 to develop a Regional Water Conservation Plan that meets the requirements outlined in <br />SB07 -008. <br />As part of the grant award, SECWCD shall attempt to include the following items in the final deliverables of the <br />project: <br />- Current retail water demand for each entity for past 5 years <br />- Information characterizing past water use by customer sector for each entity or on a regional basis <br />- Current and last 5 years GPCD for all entities and basis for calculation <br />- Past, current, and predicted future populations of all entities with source of information <br />- Savings goals — a percentage of savings estimated to be achieved from the whole regional plan <br />Please allow for the ipurchase order P.O, to be completed by our Accounting Department, before startinLy on <br />proposed scone of work <br />Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Ben Wade at 303 - 866 -3441 ext. 3238 or <br />ben. wade@state.co.us Thank you for your interest in and support of water conservation.
