8 � <br /> - Consider and recommend water conservation practices to <br /> lead agencies. <br /> Lead Agencies See Annexes A and D for additional details: <br /> - Provide direction and integration of effort to all agencies <br /> concerned with drought response within assigned sector or <br /> responsibility (see below) , utilizing normal programs and <br /> resources available.. <br /> - Provide a senior level manager to the Inter-Agency Coordinating <br /> Group (IACG) when activated. <br /> - Identify to leadership, and to the IACG when activated, unmet <br /> needs resulting from drought impacts and responses. <br /> - Lead Agency Assessments; <br /> Department/Agency Sector of Lead Responsibility <br /> Local Affairs Commerce and Tourism, Municipal Water <br /> Systems., promotion of conservation <br /> practices. , <br /> Natural Resources Wildlife, Water shortages, promotion <br /> of conservation practices. <br /> Agriculture Agriculture, promotion of conserva- <br /> tion practices. <br /> State Forester Wildfire protection. <br /> Office of Planning Economic. <br /> and Budgeting <br /> Health Public health. <br /> Public Utilities Energy shortages and interruptions, <br /> Commission promotion of conservation practices. <br /> Division of Disaster Life threatening or other high <br /> Emergency Services/ priority emergency situations, <br /> State Forester including Federally declared <br /> disasters. <br /> The Inter-agency Coordinating Group ( IACG) - see Annexes A and D for <br /> additional details: <br /> Consists of senior management representatives from Lead Response Agencies <br /> previously noted, chaired by the Director of DODES. Other participants <br /> may be designated as required. When activated by Gubernatorial Proclama- <br /> tion issued upon recommendation of the Review and Reporting Task Force, <br /> ' this group will carry out the following tasks: <br /> - Review Impact Task Force statements of unmet needs to recognize <br /> and identify alternate choices for response. <br /> -5- <br />
