Agricultural Industry Advisory Groups <br /> -Colorado Farm Bureau <br /> -Rocky Mountain Farmers Union <br /> -Colorado State Grange <br /> -Colorado Cattlemen's Association <br /> -Colorado Cattle Feeders' Association <br /> -Colorado Wheat Growers' Association . <br /> -Colorado Wheat Administrative Committee <br /> -Colorado Corn Growers' Association <br /> -Colorado Grain and Feed Association <br /> -Mountain Empire Dairymen's Association <br /> -Colorado Cooperative Council <br /> -Colorado State Soil Conservation Board <br /> -Colorado Counties, Inc. <br /> -Colorado Municipal League <br /> The Chair may add other agencies to serve on the Task Force on a <br /> regular basis. <br /> Task Force members must be able to speak for their agencies and <br /> be empowered to make reasonable commitments toward cooperation and <br /> coordination of drought-triggered activities. <br /> D. Expense. Task Force members shall serve without special compensation. <br /> Task Froce expenses and materials will be borne among the member agencies <br /> as much as possible. Budgets for any special high-cost items, work, or <br /> data will be prepared and reported to the Review and Reporting Task <br /> Force. <br /> The Task Force should consider tapping the talents of others on agency <br /> staffs and/or the formation of Special Working Teams to accomplish the <br /> work of the Task Force in a timely manner. <br /> E. Duties and Activities. As a minimum, the Task Force must: <br /> -Review its guidelines and procedures; update or revise <br /> as necessary <br /> -Collect and evaluate impact data <br /> -Assess current and potential severity of impacts <br /> -Make projections for several scenarios <br /> -Analyze barriers and needs to meet projected threats <br /> -Identify sources of assistance <br /> -Recommend response levels and activities <br /> -Estimate costs of needed augmentation activities <br /> -Write reports; deliver in a timely fashion <br /> -Maintain supporting data and records of activities <br /> F. Data Sources. Emphasis will be on utilization of existing resources, <br />
