Reports, Outputs will form the basis for task force reports. <br /> Reporting frequency can be expected: <br /> Report Moderate Extreme-Severe <br /> Frequency Drought Drought <br /> One time 9, 10 9,10 <br /> Monthly 1 ,8 <br /> 3 to 9 months 6,7 <br /> Yearly 1 ,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 2,3,4,5 <br /> As needed 4,5 4,5 <br /> The variability of drought intensities may require reporting for <br /> several severities to be necessary simultaneously within the State. <br /> Reports may be verbal or written; verbal reports will be confirmed <br /> with written follow-up, Reporting will be made to: <br /> To Report <br /> Review and Reporting Task Force 1 ,3 ,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 <br /> Other government agencies 2,3,8,9,10 <br /> All reports may be issued separately, or consolidated as desirable <br /> or requested. <br /> J. Termination. The task force will terminate its ongoing activities <br /> in accordance with the drought severity indicators and sequence <br /> of actions.
