Develop and implement a follow-up process for determing the extent of <br /> mitigation which occurs in each emergency situation. <br /> Develop and assign reporting responsibilities where appropriate. <br /> Develop a method for periodic contact with the more critical areas <br /> noted in the list of municipalities. <br /> IMPLEMENTATION <br /> The task force will meet as necessary to review and update procedures <br /> and situations throughout the State. Response agencies will take action <br /> where indicated and appropriate, all actions will be noted to the task force. <br /> All grants, loans or other emergency assistance measures will be reported <br /> monthly to the Review and Reporting Task Force. These reports may be more <br /> frequent depending upon the need. <br /> As necessary, additional meetings of the task force will be scheduled. <br /> Currently they will be scheduled as the Co-Chair determine. <br />
