SUITES <br /> In order to keep our suite's furniture in excellent condition, we ask that no suite furniture be moved. The Grand Hyatt Denver <br /> has the right to place hospitality suites in the designated rooms due to the nature of the furnishings. <br /> AUDIOVISUAL AND PRODUCTION SERVICES <br /> Clients conducting events at the Grand Hyatt Denver may contract audiovisual services directly through <br /> Visual Aids Electronics (VAE), this hotel's exclusive in -house provider, or through an outside provider. <br /> Please contact VAE for all of your events production needs at 303 -297 -1070. <br /> In -House Audiovisual Concession Exemptions <br /> Audiovisual equipment concessions (discounts) do not apply to hotel service charges, labor, and/or office equipment <br /> (i.e. fax machines, copiers, and printers, etc.). In -house audiovisual concessions become void when utilizing an <br /> outside/outsourced audiovisual equipment/production company for the same event and related services. <br /> Optional Outside Audiovisual Provider <br /> If you choose to contract with an outside audiovisual provider, identify the AN provider by name when you sign the hotel <br /> contract and you will not be assessed Room Rental Usage Fees. If you are unable to identify your audiovisual provider when <br /> you sign the hotel contract, or the provider you identified at contract signing changes to a <br /> different outside provider, you will be assessed the daily Room Rental Usage Fees in addition to any /all other applicable <br /> facility charges, as follows: <br /> S 1,500.00 Imperial Ballroom <br /> S 1,200.00 Grand Ballroom <br /> S 800.00 Capitol Peak <br /> S 500.00 Mt. Sopris <br /> S 150.00 All other meeting rooms not listed above, per room <br /> Inclusive when you pay Daily Room Rental Usage Fees: <br /> 1. Limited use of (2) two ballroom ceiling Hang Points. Attach/Detach fees will be waived <br /> excluding any applicable Special Services fees. See Rigging Rights Disclosure for details on Rigging. <br /> 2. One (1) Audio Patch (zoned) connection (house sound system) where available. <br /> 3. Use of perimeter 10a 120v electrical service wall outlets in each room. Additional electrical usage <br /> fees apply for larger power consumption needs (i.e. Power Drops / Isolated Circuits). <br /> Hotel Guidelines for the Outside Audiovisual Provider <br /> 1. The named audiovisual services provider is requested to contact VAE, the Grand Hyatt Denver's <br /> in -house audiovisual provider at least two (2) weeks before the event Advance arrangements <br /> must be made with VAE to monitor the use of all built -in hotel A/V systems. <br /> 2. All on -site production staff / technicians are required to abide by Grand Hyatt Denver's <br /> `Professional Image Standards' (refer to GHD image standards disclosure). <br /> 3.
