Grand Hyatt Denver Hotel Standard Policies and Procedures <br /> GRAND CLUB <br /> Concierge Level (25 Floor) requires key access and allows guests to enjoy the following. Breakfast (6:OOam — 9:30am), <br /> Evening hors d'oeuvres and cocktails* (5:O0pm — 8:OOpm), Coffee, cordials* and dessert (8:OOpm — lOpm) <br /> *Alcoholic beverages are at an additional charge. <br /> * Grand Club access, including High -speed Internet access and complimentary USA Today, is an additional $35 per room per <br /> night. Space is limited; hours and offerings are subject to change without notice. <br /> VALET PARKING <br /> Valet parking for guests is currently $26 overnight and $16 /day with in and out privileges. Please advise if you would like <br /> these charges billed to the Master Account or to the individual guest room. At this time, the hotel acknowledges that there is <br /> no request for bus parking. Rates are subject to change without notice. <br /> CHECK -IN CHECK -OUT TIMES <br /> The Hotel's check -in time is 3:OOpm. Should an early arrival be necessary, every effort will be made to accommodate them. <br /> However, if rooms are not available, arrangements can be made for the storage of luggage. The Hotel's check -out time is <br /> 12:00 noon. Should a later departure be necessary, arrangements can be made for the storage of luggage. <br /> EARLY DEPARTURE <br /> Please note that if there are any changes to the confirmed departure date after check -in, the change will result in an early <br /> departure fee of one night of room and tax at the group rate. <br /> LIFE SAFETY <br /> All meeting requirements, including registration and special set -ups, must meet the guidelines of existing fire codes and <br /> ordinances of the City and County of Denver. To facilitate this we require a copy of all diagrams and floor plans be <br /> submitted at least 60 days prior to your meeting. <br /> ADVERTISING <br /> Neither the group nor the Hotel will use the name, trademark, logo or other proprietary designation of the other party in any <br /> advertising or promotional materials without the prior written approval of such party. The Group's requests for any Hotel <br /> advertising materials should be directed to your Hotel contact. <br /> GUEST ROOM HOSPITALITY EVENTS <br /> Guest rooms and guest suites are the private domain of the registered occupant(s) for the time reserved, and those occupants <br /> are entitled to reasonable and normal use therein. In the event of planned group activities in the guest room areas, guests are <br /> required to obtain advance Hotel approval, and all group food and beverage services must be coordinated through and/or <br /> provided by Hotel services. Should such group activities (not coordinated through Hotel) come to the Hotel's attention, <br /> Hotel will evaluate group activities for possible charges, and client will be responsible for assistance in such situations. <br /> PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS <br /> Nothing shall be posted on, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building or <br /> furniture. Distribution of presnotional gummed stickers or labels is strictly prohibited. Anything in connection, therewith, <br /> necessary or proper for the protection of the building, equipment, or furniture will be at the expense of the Group. For your <br /> convenience, the Hotel has strategically located daily monitors displaying meeting information and will provide a reasonable <br /> quantity of easels for the Group's signage.
