Plan Revision
Price
Submit cost schedule or,<anized by the deliverables outlined in part 4 of Section 3.0 Objectives
and Scope that includes for each deliverable: a) the number of hours for each labor category
that will contribute to that deliverable, b) the hourly rate for each labor categoi y, c) the total for
that labor category) for that deliverable and d) the not -to- exceed amount your° firm will charge
for that deliverable.
AMEC proposes to complete the outlined scope of work for a firm fixed fee of $174,935.
This cost estimate is based upon experience completing many similar planning efforts,
and includes labor hours, subcontractor(s), travel expenses, and materials. As AMEC
staff live in the Denver Metropolitan area, travel costs will be minimal and consist of
mileage only. Other expenses include materials to support planning meetings and final
document preparation. Travel and material expenses include a 10 percent markup, and
assume an IRS 2009 approved mileage rate of $0.55 /mile.
All costs and conditions outlined in this proposal shall remain fixed and valid for
acceptance for 180 days following July 24, 2009. Additional details on cost and staff
billable rates can be provided upon request.
A detailed cost spreadsheet is attached that includes the cost per task in the scope of
work, and adjusted to reflect this updated scope of work, per the request of the CWCB.
amec
