Deliverables: Timeframe: <br />• Drought Planning Toolbox website, in electronic format. Feb -May 2010 <br />Interactive on website where appropriate, sample documents in <br />PDF format. <br />• Presentations, fact sheets and written materials/ graphics for <br />web pages. <br />• Local Drought Planning Guidance Document <br />• Coordination with others involved in drought planning decision <br />support technologies and initiatives, <br />• Technical memo identifying technological and strategic <br />opportunities for the state to piggy -back on these. <br />Project Administration <br />Project administration will be under the direction of the CWCB and implemented by the <br />Project Manager, Jeff Brislawn. Jeff will be responsible for accomplishing the project on <br />time and budget. Ben Harding will provide QA/QC of the revised plan and its contents. <br />Project administration includes the following items noted in the RFP, which have been <br />previously mentioned as an element of the above scope of work tasks: <br />5.1 Prepare monthly status reports for the CWCB <br />5.2 Compile and report on all related meetings and reports) <br />5.3 Prepare interim presentations for the Water Availability Task Force and CWCB Board of <br />Directors. <br />5.4 Coordinate mitigation and response plan recommendations from all consultants <br />5.5 Participate in six public meetings to review the project and provide outreach regarding the final <br />document. <br />5.8 Coordinate efforts on risk assessment, and drought monitoring, mitigation and triggers from RFP <br />through project completion. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />The following are the deliverables outlined in the RFP, with cross reference to each of <br />the above tasks where the deliverable is associated with our scope of work: <br />4.1 The consultant will be responsible for compiling all main tasks and subtasks of the drought <br />mitigation response plan into one comprehensive document (including all tasks listed above and the <br />portions of the plan that will be completed by others working on separate contracts, such as <br />monitoring, mitigation and triggers; risk assessment). The document will serve as the new Drought <br />Mitigation and Response Plan for Colorado. The consultant will act as the lead author on the plan <br />and ensure compliance with all previously stated criteria and guidelines. <br />ame^'O 18 <br />
