8.3.8 Monitoring and Verification
The City will step up its efforts to monitor and verify that the various water conservation
measures and programs are cost - effective and efficient in saving water. For this to occur,
the City will begin to track overall customer, as well as selected individual water use over
the planning horizon, especially at those homes and businesses that have taken
advantage of the City's audits and other educational efforts, and rebate programs. Details
regarding monitoring and verification efforts are provided in Section 10.
