WATER CONSERVATION PLAN 2008 <br />Finally there are a number of public outreach events that the City participates in to <br />increase awareness and educate children on the importance of efficient water use to <br />conserve a valuable natural resource. At the local Rhythm on the River water festival <br />the City has a tent about water conservation and the Longmont water supply <br />system.
