Service population as shown in Table 1. <br />The impact from the 2002 to 2003 drought on water use is apparent in both the total <br />treated water demand volume and per capita water use, as shown in Table 6. <br />Following 2002, the response from the customer was lower water usage per capita, <br />which reached its lowest value of 171 gallons per capita per day (gpcd) in 2004. A <br />portion of the increase in gross per capita water use in 2005 and 2006 may be a result <br />of users returning to pre- drought behavior patterns. <br />12 <br />
