The following LRE staff are committed to worl(ing with Broomfield in
developing the Water Conservation Plan:

Katie Fendel- Katie is a project manager with over 20 years of
experience in water and wastewater, regulatory compliance, and water
quality issues. She assists public and private sector clients with permitting
and compliance issues related to state, federal, and local environmental
requirements. Katie is a registered professional engineer.

Beorn Courtney - Beorn is a project manager with over 10 years of
experience in water resources planning and management, river basin and
consumptive use modeling, water rights investigations, and grants
management. Beorn is a registered professional engineer.

3. Retail Water Delivery

Table 1 identifies retail water deliveries made by Broomfield for each of the past
five years and identifies the amounts delivered to various water use sectors.
Broomfield's water supply originates on the western slope of Colorado, is
transported through the Colorado Big Thompson/Windy Gap system under the
management of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, and is stored
