<br />Services Division also shares responsibility for the Nonpotable Reuse <br />Program. <br /> <br />Water Supply Division - Dan Mayo is the Water Resources <br />Administrator. The objective of the Water Supply Division is to ensure a <br />dependable and safe supply of water to meet the current and future needs <br />of the Broomfield community. Staff consists of two full-time and two <br />seasonal employees. The Water Supply Division also shares responsibility <br />for the Nonpotable Reuse Program. <br /> <br />Wastewater Reclamation Division - Ken Rutt is the Wastewater <br />Superintendent. The Wastewater Division is responsible for the <br />Broomfield Wastewater Reclamation Facility and the Reuse Plant, and <br />shares overall responsibility for the Nonpotable Reuse Program. <br /> <br />Utility Operations Division - Dave Dalsaglio is the Superintendent of the <br />Utility Operations Division. The Utility Operations Division has <br />responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the water distribution <br />system and the wastewater collection system. Responsibilities include <br />storage tanl(s, water lines, valves, fire hydrants, water taps, manholes, <br />sewer lines, water booster stations, wastewater lift stations, pressure <br />regulator valves, line locates, and customer service calls. The Utility <br />Division is also responsible for operation and maintenance of <br />Broomfield's extensive reuse water distribution and storage system. <br /> <br />Park Operations Division - Steve Montoya is the Superintendent of the <br />Parl( Operations Division. The irrigation crew is responsible for all <br />irrigation aspects including greenbelts, parl(s, traffic islands, athletic <br />fields, and facilities. <br /> <br />In addition, members of the Finance Department Revenue Division will also be <br />involved in aspects related to educational and other water conservation <br />opportunities that could be implemented in coordination with the utilities billing <br />process. Assisted by LRE staff, the Environmental Services Division <br />Superintendent (Kathy Schnoor) will coordinate with other department <br />superintendents/administrators (who collectively have an average of over 20 years <br />experience) to profile the existing system, identify and then evaluate and select <br />conservation measures and programs, and develop the implementation plan. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 8 Broolnfield _ Conservation Plan App _10-17 -07 .doc <br />
