Per Capita Water Use <br />Per capita water use for the last five years has averaged 157.4 gallons per capita <br />per day. This was calculated by dividing the 5-year average of the total amount <br />billed less reuse (2,939.3 million gallons, Table 1 above) by the 5-year average <br />annual population (51,156 people, Table 2 below), divided by 365 days per year. <br /> <br />b.
