The Town <br />currently does not have a non-potable water <br />supply. <br /> <br />Peak Hour: <br /> <br />The largest amount of water used in a single <br />hour - typically occurs on the Maximum Day. <br /> <br />Phreatophytes: <br /> <br />Species of plants and trees that consume <br />groundwater through their root zones below the <br />water table such as Cottonwood and Russian <br />Olive trees. <br /> <br />PIF: <br /> <br />Plant Investment Fee, fee charged to <br />developers for on-going maintenance cost of <br />infrastructure replacement and repair. <br /> <br />Potable Use: <br /> <br />Water that is treated to drinking water <br />standards for municipal use, including <br />residential and commercial use.
