This may include xeric plants, water <br /> efficient turf grass approved by the District, and/or <br /> artificial turf. The new landscape will need to cover a <br /> plot within 500 to 2,000 square feet. An inspector <br /> will visit site before and after landscape change to <br /> verify change. <br />Residential Indoor and Outdoor <br />Audits for Residential Homes New Customers who exceed the Tier 4 billing rate may <br />at Tier 4 receive a free water audit. This audit will provide <br /> recommendations on how indoor and outdoor water <br /> usage may be reduced. <br />Indoor and Outdoor Audits New Homes built prior to 1994 did not have to meet water <br />for Homes Built prior to 1994 efficiency standards set forth in the Energy Policy <br /> Act of 1992. These homes tend to have water using <br /> household items that are not as efficient. Customers <br /> owning these homes may receive a free water audit. <br /> This audit will provide recommendations on how <br /> indoor and outdoor water usage may be reduced. <br />200/0 Rebate Existing Customer whose water use is 200/0 below the annual <br /> billing rate's budgeted amount will receive a 200/0 <br /> rebate on his/her total annual water bill <br /> <br />ES-3 <br /> <br />O:\Castle_Pines_North\Conservation Plan\Drafts Submitted For Review\Final Conservation Plan.doc <br />
