<br />Water operations are financially self-sufficient with funding for capital and

<br />development fees.
<br />Rates include a monthly
<br />service charge or base
<br />rate that varies by meter
<br />size and the number of single-family equivalents associated with each meter
<br />size, and volume charges that vary by user class.

<br />All service connections except fire services are metered. Currently billing is
<br />conducted at 3D-day intervals.
