<br />4, Water Wise Landscape Irrigation Design (Use of best management practices, in-
<br />cluding:
<br />a, Irrigation system efficiency guidelines targeting 750/0 or higher effi-
<br />ciency;
<br />b, Hydro-zoning;
<br />c, Reduced run-off including installation of check valves);
<br />d, Evapotranspiration based irrigation control (Pilot program to evaluate
<br />the efficiency of Evapotranspiration-based controllers in residential
<br />settings prior to inclusion into irrigation requirements for new con-
<br />struction,)
