Attached is the internal checklist used to evaluate the application as well as the application <br />evaluation criteria. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The OWCDP staff recommends that Rick Brown, Acting Deputy Director, award a Water Efficiency <br />Grant in the amount of $47,500 to Castle Pines North Metropolitan District (CPN) to conduct water <br />efficiency studies for educational and technical purposes. However, because CPN does not currently <br />have a state approved water conservation plan on file with the CWCB, staff is further recommending <br />that a contingency be placed on the grant award. Grant monies shall only become available to the <br />applicant upon CWCB approval of a water conservation plan that is in accordance with statutory <br />requirements for all conservation plans. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
