We understand that under HB05 1254, the covered entity applying for a Water Effi.ciency Grant should have a locally adopted Water Conservation Plan with defined goals in the Plan that arc in accordance mth C.R.S. 9 37-60-126. We request that you approve this grant application conditional to Castle Pines North Metropolitan District submitting a Water Conservation Plan to CWCB for review. Upon receiving this conditional approval, we .viII begin early phases of this study. However, we \1;111 not submit invoices until all conditions of the approval have been satisfied.
