<br />iliI II <br />iI <br />ill . <br />. <br />. . <br />.-. <br />. <br />.. <br />. <br /> <br />entities and organizations may provide additional funding for the study, which ""ill be noted in <br />the report. <br />The study results and findings will be subject to a two-part review process: 1) review by <br />a panel of stakeholders representing agricultural water users, municipal and special district water <br />suppliers, and elected and appointed local government officials; 2) a peer review process by staff <br />of the Water Conservation Board and the Division of Water Resources. <br /> <br />We understand that under HB05 1254, the covered entity applying for a Water Effi.ciency <br />Grant should have a locally adopted Water Conservation Plan with defined goals in the Plan that <br />arc in accordance mth C.R.S. 9 37-60-126. We request that you approve this grant application <br />conditional to Castle Pines North Metropolitan District submitting a Water Conservation Plan to <br />CWCB for review. Upon receiving this conditional approval, we .viII begin early phases of this <br />study.
