Mike Boulay -3- August 27, 2013 <br />Cameo Refuse Disposal Area #2 - 30.6 acres for Phase II & III release. <br />7.5 acres at CRDA #2, which included benches 1, 2, 3 and the part of 4, were reclaimed <br />and seeded in July and December of 1994 (those same benches on CRDA #2 were inter - <br />seeded in November 2001). 20.2 acres at CRDA #2 were reclaimed and seeded in April <br />and November 2002. 2.9 acres at CRDA #2 Topsoil piles were reclaimed and seeded in <br />April 2002. Phase I bond release on these acres was approved in August 2003 with SL- <br />2. (Area #7 on Bond Release Map) <br />CRDA #1 and #2 Haul Roads - 3.4 acres for Phase I, 11 & III release. <br />As approved in SCC's permit, the haul roads to CRDA #1 and CRDA #2, which consist of <br />3.4 acres, will remain as permanent features. (Area #8 on Bond Release Map) <br />Cameo Borrow Area #1 and Sump - 2.5 acres for Phase 11 & III release and 0.3 <br />acres for Phase I release. <br />2.5 acres at the CBA #1 was reclaimed and seeded in July and December of 1994. 0.2 <br />of these acres were re- disturbed and re- seeded in April 2002. Phase I bond release on <br />these acres was approved in August 2003 with SL -2. (Area #9 on Bond Release Map) <br />0.3 acres at the CBA #1 Sump was reclaimed and seed in October 2012. (Area #10 on <br />Bond Release Map) <br />South Fan - 0.9 acres for Phase II & 111 release. <br />0.9 acres at the South Fan area, which includes overburden stockpiles 10 and 11, south <br />fan borrow area and portion of access road #3, were reclaimed and seeded in October <br />2000. Phase I bond release on these acres was approved in August 2003 with SL -2. <br />(Area #11 on Bond Release Map) <br />2 West Portals - 3.8 acres for Phase I, II & III release and 1.0 acres for Phase II & III <br />release. <br />As approved in SCC's permit, the access road to the 2 West Portals, consisting of 3.8 <br />acres, will remain as a permanent feature. (Area #13 on Bond Release Map) <br />The north and south portals and overburden stockpile 13, consisting of 0.3 acres, were <br />reclaimed and seeded in October 2000. The substation at this area, approximately 0.7 <br />acres, and the power line associated with it, where reclaimed and seeded in December <br />2001. Phase I bond release on these acres was approved in August 2003 with SL -2. <br />(Area #12 on Bond Release Map) <br />RS Borrow Area and RS Old Upper Diversion Ditch - 5.6 acres for Phase 11 & III <br />release. <br />4.5 acres at the borrow area east of the Roadside Refuse Pile and 1.1 acres at the old <br />Roadside South upper diversion ditch were reclaimed and seeded in November 2002. <br />Phase I bond release on these acres was approved in August 2003 with SL -2. (Area #14 <br />on Bond Release Map) <br />RS Refuse Disposal Area (including new Upper Diversion Ditch) - 7.1 acres for <br />Phase II & III release. <br />8.4 acres at the RS Refuse Disposal Area, which included the new upper Diversion Ditch, <br />were reclaimed and seeded in November 2002. 1.3 acres in this area achieved final <br />Phase III Bond Release with SL -6 in December 2010, so only 7.1 acres are included in <br />this bond release application. Phase I bond release on these acres was approved in <br />August 2003 with SL -2. (Area #15 on Bond Release Map) <br />
