Dates Reclamation Work Performed: South Lease Exploration - 7 acres for Phase II & III release. 4.0 acres of drill pads & access roads to drill holes PCC04 through PCC10 were reclaimed and seeded in the fall of 1985 and 3.0 acres of drill pads & access roads to drill holes PCC01 through PCC03 and access road from Colorado Ute power line to PCC09 turnoff were reclaimed and seeded in the spring of 1986. Phase I bond release on these acres was approved in August 2003 with SL -2. (Area #1 on Bond Release Map) North Decline - 2.6 acres for Phase I, II & III release and 18.2 acres for Phase II & III release. 2.2 acres at Pond 7, SAE sediment traps and 18" V -ditch were reclaimed and seeded in October 2011. The road through the North Decline, which is 0.4 acres, will remain as a permanent feature. (Area #3 on Bond Release Map) 17.7 acres at the North Decline portal, water treatment, storage areas and substation were reclaimed and seeded in the fall of 1992 and spring of 1993. 0.5 acres at the North Decline permanent mine dewater point was reclaimed and reseeded in April 2002. These 18.2 acres received a Phase I bond release in August 2003 with SL -2. (Area #2 on Bond Release Map) NW Intake Portal - 0.1 acres for Phase II & III release. 0.1 acres at this portal was backfilled, reclaimed and seeded in the summer of 1993. Phase I bond release on these acres was approved in August 2003 with SL -2. (Area #4 on Bond Release Map) Cameo Refuse Disposal Area #1 - 26.1 acres for Phase II & III release 1.2 acres for Phase I release. 12.5 acres at CRDA #1, which included benches 1, 2 and 3, topsoil piles 5 & 6 and salvage area 3, were reclaimed and seeded in July 1994. The remaining 14.8 acres were reclaimed and seeded in April 2002, however 1.2 acres were re- disturbed and re- seeded in 2010, therefore, only 13.6 acres are included in this bond release application. Phase I bond release on these acres was approved in August 2003 with SL -2. (Area #5 on Bond Release Map) 1.2 acres of access road to CRDA #1 that had been left open for coal fines cleanup was reclaimed and seeded in September 2010. (Area #6 on Bond Release Map)
