HOW <br />State.co.us Executive Branch Mail - Fwd: AsOWR Tag 41- 205400 <br />Safety found this to be the case when they <br />put a camera down the well to 340 feet and <br />saw the equipment. <br />Thank you so much for your help in <br />clarifying the situation with this well. The tag is <br />one Well Permit # 12508 -AD Division 2 <br />Water District 12 Fremont County. The <br />report on the Colorado Division of Water <br />Resources has it and when you get the <br />complete report under Application /Permit <br />History it has Permit Issued 07/22/1991 but <br />under Imaged Documents it has Application <br />Denied. You can see why am confused. <br />Was Well Permit# 12508 -AD approved or <br />denied? <br />The request was to pump 140g /minute from <br />a well on our property to d ewater a coal <br />mine leased by Energy Fuels Inc.
