Seam dewatering facilities. <br />Minor Revision 153 was received on July 28, 2012, deemed complete on July 31, 2012 and <br />approved on August 13, 2012. The revision dealt with the expansion of the B -Seam Dewatering <br />and Treatment System. <br />Minor Revision 154 was received on July 30, 2012, deemed complete on August 9, 2012 and <br />approved on August 10, 2012. The revision dealt with minor permit changes related to MT -06. <br />Minor Revision 155 was received on March 25, 2013, deemed complete on April 2, 2013 and <br />approved on April 10, 2013. The revision dealt the submittal of the as -built details for the B- <br />Seam Dewatering and Treatment System expansion. <br />Technical Revisions: <br />Technical Revision 67 was received on August 31, 2009, deemed complete on Septmeber 2, <br />2009 and approved on September 22, 2009. The revision proposed the addition of four degas <br />holes, one return shaft and a light -use road to RDH -3. <br />Technical Revision 68 was received on February 16, 2011, deemed complete on February 25, <br />2011 and approved on June 17, 2011. The revision proposed the addition of a B -Seam <br />dewatering system. <br />Permit Renewal: <br />Permit Renewal 05 was received on January 20, 2009, deemed complete on January 21, 2009 <br />and approved on June 18, 2009. This was the fifth permit renewal for the Deserado Mine. <br />Permit Revision 08 Review Process <br />The Division received the PR -08 application from BME on February 27, 2013. The submittal <br />included an application form for a permit revision, a proposed public notice, and proposed permit <br />pages and maps. BME is requesting to add 1656.3 acres to BME's permit area and Coal Lease <br />COC -74813 . <br />The PR -08 application was deemed complete on March 8, 2013. Public Notices were published <br />in the Rio Blanco Herald Times for four consecutive weeks beginning on March 28, 2013 and <br />ending on April 18, 2013. Copies of the application were filed with the Town Clerk's Office at <br />the Rangely Town Hall, and the Denver office of the Division. Letters regarding the PR -08 <br />application were sent by the Division on March 8, 2013 to the Rio Blanco County <br />Commissioners, Rio Blanco County Planning Department, Office of Archaeology and Historic <br />Preservation, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, Department of Natural Resources — Division of <br />Water Resources, Department of Interior - Office of Surface Mining, and Blue Mountain Energy. <br />A comment letter was received from the Colorado Historic Society on April 15, 2013. This letter <br />identified the Division's efforts to consider cultural resources with the request that the Division's <br />future discussions regarding Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act be directed to <br />
