Minor Revision 141 was received on July 20, 2009, deemed complete on July 27, 2009 and
<br />approved on July 27, 2009. The revision dealt with the addition of an emergency generator for
<br />back -up power for the mine.
<br />Minor Revision 142 was received on August 31, 2009, deemed complete on September 10, 2009
<br />and approved on September 18, 2009. The revision dealt with the addition of five nitrogen
<br />injection holes, associated pipeline, four steel buildings and a nitrogen injection plant.
<br />Minor Revision 143 was received on March 29, 2010, deemed complete on April 5, 2012 and
<br />approved on April 15, 2010. The revision dealt with modifications to the sediment pond DP -1
<br />outlet, the raw water lagoon pumping station and updates to Federal Coal Lease C -8425.
